Delete Your Account

 

To request the permanent deletion of your account from Ayani, please ensure that you have no pending (in progress) orders in the app.

 

Inorder to delete your account, mail us at support@ayani.in containing the following information:

1. Your username

2. Your address

3. Your contact number

 

The wallet amount will be refunded back to your account within 5 working days starting from the date of your request submission. After 60 days of your account deletion request, your account and all your information will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to retrieve your information. Once your account has been deleted, you can sign up again with the same address to another account as long as it hasn't been taken by another user.
